Breaking entrenched stereotypes and barriers as a woman entrepreneur, it has been both, a matter of great pride and a challenge as well for me to serve as the Founder and Managing Director of SINI Group, overseeing three company verticals spanning international, domestic, and social initiatives. Tagged as "Bold, Brave & Beautiful" by Times Network, my 15 years of experience in garment manufacturing and fashion design have positioned me as a respected figure in my industry. With determination and a passion for growth, I lead a workforce of 5000 artisans across multiple states, exports spanning over 50 countries. Recognized with prestigious State Awards and Samman Patra, I am honored to be an empanelled fashion designer with FDCI and the Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India contributing significantly to the socio-cultural progress of women by providing employment and skills to underprivileged individuals.
Pushing the boundaries of possibility, my thriving business, 'SINI Designs,' caters to both national and international clients, earning acclaim as a leading export house for garments and faahion accessories. Additionally, our e-commerce venture, 'SINI Lifestyle,' stands as a top clothing startup in the domestic market, offering consciously crafted attire for women of all age groups and promoting environmental sustainability. Through our CSR arm, 'SINI Foundation,' we empower individuals to showcase their skills on a global stage & give voice to multiple initiatives that are close to my heart.
With each stride, I endeavor to change the landscape of exports and fashion. My success has been celebrated with numerous awards and recognitions, including being featured on India's esteemed talk show "JoshTalks" and "Tejasvini", honored as a "Times Power Women" for Exemplary Entrepreneurship in Multi-Business Expansion. Recognitions such as "Most Admired Global Indian" by Passion Vista and "Emerging Brand Leader of Asia" by PwC further validate our efforts. From being hailed as "A Radical Optimist" by Economic Times to being recognized as the "Lady Behind Economical Boost" by Business Connect, I am humbled by the acknowledgment from leading women's magazines like Women's Era, Femina, and Prime Insight.
